Not only are Jim Green boots handcrafted in South Africa, but all components are also locally sourced. Their factory operates ethically, and they take pride in delivering outstanding value while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Boots for Rangers Program⎮Jim Green Footwear has partnered with the Game Rangers Association of Africa (GRAA) to launch the Boots for Rangers Program. The purpose of the program is to ensure that game rangers across Africa have access to proper footwear, enabling them to perform their duties safely and effectively.

Currently, 50% of African game rangers lack access to adequate boots and gear, with over 40% having to purchase their own footwear. This lack of proper equipment impacts rangers’ morale and well-being, jeopardizing the safety of wildlife and wilderness areas.

Recognizing the rangers’ urgent need for quality boots, Jim Green Footwear has stepped up to the plate in a big way. For every ten pairs of Jim Green boots they sell, one pair is donated to the Boots for Rangers Program. As of November 2024, they have donated more than 5,000 pairs of Jim Green boots to the program.
