W.J. JEFFERY .450/400 NE BOXLOCK DOUBLE RIFLE & ROLEX SUBMARINER WATCH RAFFLE

GRAND PRIZE: W.J. JEFFERY DOUBLE RIFLE ⎮ The Grand Prize winner will receive a high grade W.J. Jeffery .450/400 3" NE boxlock double rifle. The rifle is in near mint condition, housed in a leather and brass case. This is an extractor rifle with 24" Barrels, weighing 10lb 12oz. The wood is in excellent condition with a LOP just short of 15” over a 1” recoil pad, with a drop at the comb of 1 ½” and 2” at the heel. The action is highly engraved with “W.J. Jeffery & Co” and “London” engraved on the sides of the action. It features the typical Jeffery oval type dolls head additional rib extension. The express sights include one standing and four folding rear sight blades. The 13 King Street St James' address and W.J. Jeffery & Co are engraved on the top of the barrels and match the trade label in the case. The case was made to the specific rifle, by Bennie Laubsher and Associates from South Africa and so engraved.  Included in the case are: two keys, leather sling, cleaning rod and Kynoch brush and jag, oil bottle, Selvyt cloth, regulation target, spare front sight, and Kynoch snap caps. Included is a color copy of the original Jeffery ledger corresponding to the serial number 18930, showing exact gun details and confirming date of manufacture as 24 July 1908.The winner also receives 50 Woodleigh Weldcore 400gr bullets and 50 Woodleigh FMJ 400gr bullets.
